If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your jewellery, we welcome you to return the item.  We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your piece for a store credit, a different item, or a refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in the original packaging with the Woven Flyer and Word of Blessing card. Items must be unworn and unused and be in the original condition. If any of these requirements are not met, unfortunately there can be no refund.

This guarantee does not cover the breakage, personal damage or gradual degradation of the jewellery due to normal wear.

While the utmost care and package protection is taken when sending a piece of WOVEN Jewellery, if for some reason your package and piece is damaged on arrival you may return it for a full refund, replacement or free repair. Please take a photo immediately and explain the damage in an email and we can discuss a replacement.

Upon receiving your returned items, refunds/exchanges will be processed as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued the same way the payment was made.
